Refund policy

We at Upturn Prints do not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds on any items that are for sale in our store. This is due to the fact that a majority of our products are custom and made to order. Under certain circumstances, customers are responsible for the cost that may occur in which an exchanges, return or refund is granted. Such cost will be a shipping fee which is determined by the item in question. 

If there is an issue with your order such as damaged or lost by the shipping carrier, please inform us within 15 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right. We will offer either a full refund or a replacement item. Though this rarely happens, we will be glad to assist you and your concerns.
