APPLICATION
No water is needed for the application of our Lexus emblem vinyl overlays since we only use material with air release adhesive backing. This allows for an easy installation with minimum to no air bubbles, making our overlay user friendly. It is important to make sure that the center caps are thoroughly cleaned before attempting installation. Any dirt, grease or brake dust can affect how well the vinyl overlay adheres.
NOTE: Ideal temperatures for installation is between 65°F - 74°F. If the weather is too cold, the overlay will be stiff and harder to work with. It may also lose its adhesive properties. If the weather is too hot, the vinyl overlay can become overstretched and soft.
